This court having received notice that a petition for writ of certiorari was granted by the United States Supreme Court in the above-described matter, vacating the decision of this court dated May 23, 2000 and remanding the case for further consideration in light of Troxel v. Granville, 530 U.S. 57, 147 L. Ed. 2d 49, 120 S. Ct. 2054 (2000),
